I have been practicing psychotherapy for 30 years and work from a home office. An avid gardener, I have been enthralled with the power of plants. Aromatherapy is a natural fit for me. For those clients who are cat lovers, I have two cats who love to help out!

I became interested in aromatherapy for the fun of making personalized fragrances of skin care products. Aromahead's introductory course piqued my curiosity about the benefits. What essential oils can do is amazing! I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice and have an interest in holistic health. Aromatherapy seems to be a nice add-on to my approaches including mindfulness meditation and nutrition.
Many of my clients are on psychotropic medications but there are still bothersome residual symptoms. Other clients are reluctant to use medication and would rather try natural interventions first. The results from essential oil blends have been stunningly positive in calming reactions to anxiety and depression, sleep difficulties, problems with focusing, and pain.
