I love life. Currently I am immersing myself into two years of living in the unknown. I will be able to test myself in many environments and make life decisons outside of what I believed were important and comfortable.
The WOWAGEING Academy
Based on the principles of the book I have written Once Upon A Time I Would Grow Old. WOWAEGING aims to deter beautiful individual lives away from the shaming of ageing and towards The Art of Living Older instead.
There are currently 55 principles and practices that holistically cover food, breath, work, money, business, love, sensuality, movement and much more.
