Namaste! Hi, I'm Nicole. I am passionate about taking care of myself inside and out. My background might be different than most, when I was young I was in an accident, and after years of doctors and no solutions I started seeking other options.
Through my yoga journey, I have learned the importance of self-care and self-love using movement as medicine which lead to using aromatherapy also. I am grateful I was able to find other alternatives and solutions to my pain and trauma. I look forward to sharing the knowledge I have had the opportunity to learn.
