3 Essential Oils For Better Sleep

Sleep has been researched since the beginning of time! And it continues to be a hot topic!

It seems we all deal with sleep issues. Tossing and turning is annoying and disruptive; we experience grouchiness the following day and just feel off. Sleep is the key to our daily success.

I'll tell you about the 3 best essential oils for sleep that I know are helpful and give you a recipe for using them (hint: one of them is lavender essential oil). There are many oils we might choose for sleep, and these 3 are favorites. Tried and true, I chose these essential oils based on research and my experience over the years.

There are different reasons sleep eludes us. It could be related to stress, anxiety, and even diet. Perhaps we aren't feeling well, or maybe we have jumpy legs. There are many reasons, and choosing the right oils for the right reason will ensure a good night's sleep.

These essential oils for insomnia and anxiety are a great help so our bodies can go into a deep, restful, and rejuvenating sleep.
