4 Essential Oils for Anxiety
Four Essential Oils for Anxiety Relief (these oils are shown to work!)
Immerse yourself in the comprehensive world of essential oils, where numerous options can provide support in dealing with anxiety. There's no universal "ideal" essential oil for mitigating anxiety, as it largely hinges on your unique requirements, experiences, and inclinations. However, some essential oils are generally known to exhibit greater efficacy than others. Let's proceed to examine four notable essential oils that could assist with anxiety.
Neroli (Citrus aurantium amara) - can soothe sudden, distressing emotions while nurturing the heart back toward a warm, trusting relationship with life.
Orange (Citrus sinensis) - orange’s warm, sunny rays can shine light into the darkest of places—keep this oil around to feel positive and confident.
Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) - is a warm citrus that inspires positive feelings of calm security. This makes it helpful for staying centered during a stressful day or for preparing your mind for sleep. Bergamot can also support physical relaxation
Pinyon Pine (Pinus edulis) - has the ability to help calm physical tension (it has antispasmodic properties), easing those feelings of tightness in your muscles, and even in your breath, that sometimes come along with anxiety.
Anxiety can feel like a really disruptive force in your life—your emotions, the balance of your mind, your schedule, your work, and even your relationships can all feel the influence of it. It's as though anxiety "takes you away from yourself," and you might not feel like you can fully show up for the people who are important to you.

Absolutely Centered Inhaler
There are a few ways you can make an Aromatherapy inhaler.
I often just take the piece of cotton and put it right into the inhaler "sleeve," then drop the essential oils onto that!
Other times, such as if I'm making the inhaler for someone else or I'm not sure I love the aroma of my blend yet, I'll put the piece of cotton into a little bowl. Then I can drop the essential oils onto the cotton and use a pair of tweezers to move the cotton around and absorb any excess oil.

And snap the cap into place!
You can use your inhaler as needed to help yourself feel calm, balanced, and centered throughout the day. It will fit right into your pocket or a bag.
Making an inhaler is one of the best ways to use essential oils for anxiety because it means you're spending a few moments taking deep breaths—and that alone can help to release tension from your body, giving you a few moments to clear your heart and mind.
