Sore Muscles After a Workout? Blend Juniper and Lavender for pain
A Great Essential Oil to Blend with Lavender for Sore Muscles After a Workout
Juniper Berry and Lavender essential oils are both incredible choices for pain relief.
They both naturally calm inflammation and help tense, cramped muscles relax, so your movements feel like they can flow more smoothly and naturally.
In fact, Juniper Berry essential oil is so effective for this that I often include it in blends to soothe joint pain—such as in fingers or knees.
And Lavender adds a gentle, skin-loving presence to this blend.
When I use essential oils for my sore muscles, I like to spend a little time in self-massage. The essential oils themselves are so therapeutic, and when we combine them with the healing power of touch the relief can affect us even more deeply.
Here's a blend with Juniper and Lavender, which you can use for sore muscles after a workout. Keep it in your gym bag and then use it to massage your sore muscles when you're done!
