Spice And Citrus Warming Diffuser Blend

The world is full of color! Autumn reveals awe-inspiring shades of greens, reds, oranges, purples, and browns.

We start to tuck in and review our spring and summer months when the weather turns cooler in our northern hemisphere. Perhaps new projects were created this past summer, and now, as we curl up with a warm drink, we see the fruits of our labors, our harvest. 

Our spice oils give us a feeling of comfort and lift depression, especially as the days grow shorter, and we experience more hours of darkness. These spice oils are your friends, and I love the added touch of mandarin oil (green or red), as it clears stagnation and helps improve our immune system.

Autumn's Warm Spicy Aromas Diffuser Recipe:

Essential Oil Ingredients:

  • 2 drops Cardamom Oil (Elettaria cardamomum)

  • 2 drops Clove Bud Oil (Syzygium aromaticum/Eugenia caryophyllata)

  • 1 drop Nutmeg Oil (Myristica fragrans)

  • 1 drop Mandarin Oil ((Citrus reticulata)

  • Diffuser

Directions:
Add essential oils to your favorite diffuser. My favorite way to diffuse is for 10-15 minutes at a time. Or, use passive diffusion by dropping these oils onto a pinecone during the festive holiday season.

If diffusing around children or pets, be sure to diffuse in a well-ventilated area and make sure pets can easily leave the room if they choose.
