How Catina found a better way.
I'm Catina York from Tallahassee, Florida. I enjoy creating opportunities for others to move them further in life. I love motivating and supporting others as well as mentoring and exposing them to healthier alternatives that will change their lives.
I started on the aromatherapy/natural product journey when I had problems with my skin, making a number of visits to the dermatologist. After trying all of the prescribed creams that did not resolve my problem, the last option was pills. I was told that I had to take pills for the rest of my life, so I went on a journey and discovered a better way to combat the problem. I started making my own natural body products. I was determined that Natural Ingredients Are Better which is my slogan for my business GoNatural.
I am a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Systems Projects Analyst/Business Analyst with the State of Florida, Lifetime Member of Women Prosperity Network, Graduate of Success Mastery Academy, and President of the Women of Entrepreneurs of America, Tallahassee Chapter.

Many women are natural leaders, helpers & nurturers. We desire to help impact people in a positive way, and make a living doing so.
I help them with the resources to take their gifts, talents, and creativity to build an online business, so that they reach their life’s purpose and feel more fulfilled in life through helping others with their business.
I plan to educate and coach others about Aromatherapy and build their buisiness; sharing the many ways they can incorporate it into their lives. In addition, I work with the client to customize the wellness plan that will assist them in transforming their lives from toxic to natural products.

I learned a wealth of knowledge about the drug interactions with essential oils. Also, the proper way to blend and use the right dilution for children, the elderly, and pregnant women. I loved that Aromahead allowed me to work at my own pace learning the ends and out of how the body works with essential oils; the Anatomy and Physiology course was great and I love the healing machine that God has given me.
