I was terrible at chemistry in school. Can I do this?
Yes. The chemistry is taught in plain language, one component at a time, until molecules like linalool and limonene feel like old friends. It is the single most-praised part of the coursework in our student reviews.
How much time each week?
The guided pace runs three to eight months alongside work and family. The lessons themselves are self-paced with lifetime access, so life can interrupt without costing you anything.
Do I have to do Pathway 1 first?
No. Pathway 2 includes everything in Pathway 1 automatically, so you can begin here on day one.
Is $1,795 added on top of Pathway 1’s price?
No. $1,795 is the complete price. It covers every course in Pathway 2 and every course in Pathway 1, in one purchase. Already own Pathway 1 or some of these courses? Email team@aromahead.com and we will set up a custom bundle instead, or choose individual courses from the course catalog.
Do the 3 free months of membership come with every purchase?
They are a one-time welcome for your first membership: one per student, ever. If you have never had them, they come with this purchase. If you already pay for membership but never used the free months, we add them to your subscription, once. And if you have enjoyed them before, your membership simply carries on, and everything else in the pathway is yours the moment you enroll.
I already own some of these courses individually. Do I pay for them again?
No. Email team@aromahead.com before you enroll and we will work out fair pricing, so you never pay for the same course twice. Prefer to pick and choose? Every course is also available on its own in the course catalog.
I trained at another school. Which price do I pay?
The complete price: $1,795 covers every course in Pathways 1 and 2, so you can be certain nothing is missing, whatever your earlier training covered. Move-up prices are reserved for students who own the Aromahead pathway below. Your prior hours still matter, though: email team@aromahead.com and we will help you work out what carries toward the credentials.
Is a certificate without NAHA or AIA letters worth anything?
Honestly: it is the education milestone, not the external credential. The letters come at Pathway 3. What makes this certificate valuable is that everything behind it counts toward those credentials in full, and the mastery is real either way.
Is it self-paced or scheduled?
Both. The lessons are self-paced, and the cohort adds a rhythm around them: live question-and-answer sessions, classmates at your elbow, and a shared certificate moment at the end.
English is not my first language. Will I keep up?
The whole curriculum is written in plain language on purpose, and students from more than 150 countries study here. If a phrase is unclear, Thymely and the community are a question away.
Should I choose this or the Pathway 3 Bundle?
Choose Pathway 2 if your goal is mastery for your home, family, and products. If you plan to work with clients, the Pathway 3 Bundle at $2,395 carries this same coursework through to a professional credential, and most students with client plans start there.
What does it cost, and is there a refund policy?
Pathway 2 is $1,795, or 6 monthly payments of $310. If you decide within your first 7 days that it is not right for you, email team@aromahead.com and we will issue a prompt refund.
