Essential oil guides
Nobody falls in love with essential oils in the abstract. It starts with a need: a night of real sleep, a calmer afternoon, skin that behaves. Each guide below gathers what our classroom and twenty years of blog recipes actually say about one of those needs, with the research named and the drop counts included.

Guides in progress. Until each one arrives, these lead to the courses we teach on that topic.
Written by the people who teach it
Every guide here comes out of our own classroom and blog: the instructors who teach the courses, the aromatherapists writing up real client cases, the people who read the studies and tell you what they actually say, and the graduates leading our community. When a claim has research behind it, we name the study. When it doesn't, we say so.
It is a real community of real people, and the door is open. Come learn with us.
