Aromatherapy where it matters most.
“For the real professionals.”
Pathway 4 is clinical care for the people who need it most: pregnancy, infants, the elderly, chemotherapy, hospice, working inside and alongside the medical system. The complete path, one purchase.
Or 12 monthly payments of $399 · lifetime access · 7-day refund policy. Includes the supervised clinical year.
Already on the path? Email team@aromahead.com and we will build a custom bundle for the rest of the journey, or choose individual courses from the course catalog.
Two complete credentials, and what Clinical adds on top.
- Vulnerable populations: pregnancy, infants, the elderly, serious illness, with mild methods like carrier oils and hydrosols
- Hospitals, hospice, and oncology settings, alongside doctors and nurses
- Internal-use protocols, taught as toxicology and dosage, not guesswork
- Drug interactions and complex-care safety
- Professional documentation: intake, SOAP notes, and follow-up
Everything in Pathways 1–3, plus the clinical tier.
| The Advanced Graduate Program | $1,600 |
| Internal Usage Foundations | $649 |
| Ten elective workshops, your choice | $590+ |
| One-on-one clinical case-study mentorship | Only here |
| The Component Database | Only here |
| Everything in Pathways 1–3 | $3,739 |
Every dollar above is a real course price today, with the elective allowance counted at the lowest workshop price. The clinical mentorship and the Component Database are not sold separately at any price, so the true gap is wider than the math shows. The Component Database is a reference resource, separate from the Component Blending course you already own from Pathway 3.
A dedicated clinical mentor, and a cohort of peers who take this as seriously as you do.
The Clinical cohort is the third and final cohort on the path. Your supervised case work runs one-on-one with a clinical mentor; the deliverables live inside the courses; and the people beside you are the colleagues you will still know in ten years.
Three months of The Thriving Aromatherapist, included.
At the clinical tier the knowledge base becomes your reference layer: Thymely cites GC/MS reports and component research on request, the way a colleague would. After your three months: $59/mo or $495/yr.
Ten workshops, your choice.
The elective allowance is where the program becomes yours: pets, children, skincare, emotional care, whichever direction your practice is growing. The electives also carry you to the 400 program hours the highest credentials ask for, while shaping your specialty. Browse every workshop in the course catalog.
Already on the path, or own some of these courses? Email team@aromahead.com with what you have, and we will build a custom bundle for the rest of the journey: only what is new to you, with nothing you own ever charged twice. Or choose individual courses from the course catalog. Starting fresh and certain? One purchase covers the entire path, beginning to summit.
Go all-in: The Scholars Program.
Pathway 4 · Clinical Aromatherapist (The Scholars Program) is Aromahead’s complete path: every course through clinical training, $4,495, 491+ credit hours, meeting the education requirement for NAHA Level 3, AIA Level 3, and IFPA Full Member.
“The scope of the course gave me real, relevant breadth and depth that has informed both my products and my practice.”Kristina Bauer, Scholars graduate
Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.
Complete Pathway 4 and you have met the education requirement for NAHA Level 3, AIA Level 3, and IFPA Full Member: the rare triple. The honest fine print, because you deserve it: NAHA’s Clinical title also asks for the supervised clinical year and professional insurance, both built into this program’s window; AIA Level 3 asks for its own case-study and live-hour totals, which the electives and mentorship are designed to reach; IFPA membership asks for insurance, keeps internal use outside its scope, and our A&P bridge confirmation is in progress. This pathway also completes Mastering the Art & Science of Essential Oils, the four-pathway plan.
Each badge reads: meets the education requirement.
The people doing this work.
Hospice rooms, nursing backgrounds, clinical practices: this is where the path was always pointing.
