The line Clinical crosses

Two complete credentials, and what Clinical adds on top.

  • Vulnerable populations: pregnancy, infants, the elderly, serious illness, with mild methods like carrier oils and hydrosols
  • Hospitals, hospice, and oncology settings, alongside doctors and nurses
  • Internal-use protocols, taught as toxicology and dosage, not guesswork
  • Drug interactions and complex-care safety
  • Professional documentation: intake, SOAP notes, and follow-up

Every dollar above is a real course price today, with the elective allowance counted at the lowest workshop price. The clinical mentorship and the Component Database are not sold separately at any price, so the true gap is wider than the math shows. The Component Database is a reference resource, separate from the Component Blending course you already own from Pathway 3.

Serious company

A dedicated clinical mentor, and a cohort of peers who take this as seriously as you do.

The Clinical cohort is the third and final cohort on the path. Your supervised case work runs one-on-one with a clinical mentor; the deliverables live inside the courses; and the people beside you are the colleagues you will still know in ten years.

Included for first-time members

Three months of The Thriving Aromatherapist, included.

At the clinical tier the knowledge base becomes your reference layer: Thymely cites GC/MS reports and component research on request, the way a colleague would. After your three months: $59/mo or $495/yr.

Your own path

Ten workshops, your choice.

The elective allowance is where the program becomes yours: pets, children, skincare, emotional care, whichever direction your practice is growing. The electives also carry you to the 400 program hours the highest credentials ask for, while shaping your specialty. Browse every workshop in the course catalog.

Start anywhere. Move up anytime.

Where you stand

Certified Clinical Aromatherapist.

Complete Pathway 4 and you have met the education requirement for NAHA Level 3, AIA Level 3, and IFPA Full Member: the rare triple. The honest fine print, because you deserve it: NAHA’s Clinical title also asks for the supervised clinical year and professional insurance, both built into this program’s window; AIA Level 3 asks for its own case-study and live-hour totals, which the electives and mentorship are designed to reach; IFPA membership asks for insurance, keeps internal use outside its scope, and our A&P bridge confirmation is in progress. This pathway also completes Mastering the Art & Science of Essential Oils, the four-pathway plan.

Whatever’s holding you back

Your questions, answered straight.

That is a lot of money.
It is, and it is also the whole school: every course we teach, through clinical training, for at least $2,083 less than buying the pieces separately, with the clinical mentorship and the Component Database included at no separate price at all. There are 12-month payment plans, and if you are already on the path, email team@aromahead.com and we will build a custom bundle for the rest. The 7-day refund policy applies.
Should I enroll all at once, or one pathway at a time?
One enrollment covers the whole path, so we can offer our lowest total price: $4,495. You can also walk the path one pathway at a time and email team@aromahead.com when you are ready for each move. All at once is the simplest and the best total price; one pathway at a time is the smaller start. Both are right.
Am I qualified enough for clinical work?
You will be. The program includes and sequences everything in Pathways 1–3, so it builds you from wherever you start. Nobody arrives clinical; the path is the qualification.
What is the supervised clinical year, practically?
A year of real, mentored case work inside the 12–24-month window: you see people, design protocols, document like a professional, and review it all with your clinical mentor. It is the part graduates call the transformation.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. The pace is guided rather than scheduled, access is lifetime, and the cohort is full of working professionals doing exactly that.
What can I legally do with this?
The honest answer: this program meets the education requirement for the top credentials; the titles, insurance, and the clinical year complete the picture. What it opens is real: clinical settings, complex-care clients, and standing alongside medical professionals.
Why isn’t internal use part of the NAHA, AIA, and IFPA requirements?
None of the three bodies requires internal use for their credentials, and IFPA, the UK body, keeps it outside its scope entirely; the credential map respects that. We teach it anyway, within the NAHA and US scope, for one reason: there is a lot of internal-use information in circulation that we consider unsafe, and education is the answer. Internal Usage Foundations treats internal use as toxicology and dosage, taught with clinical care, so our students understand what safe internal use really means, and can pass it on properly.
What if I only want part of this?
Then take only the part you want. Stop at the pathway that fits, or choose individual courses from the course catalog and study a single piece at your own pace. Lifetime access means nothing expires, and if the whole pathway calls later, email team@aromahead.com and we will build the rest as a custom bundle, so you never pay for a course twice.
Do the three credentials really matter?
For clinical work, yes. Each body opens different doors: NAHA and AIA in the US, IFPA internationally. Holding the education requirement for all three is rare, and it reads that way to employers and clinics.
Do the 3 free months of membership come with every purchase?
They are a one-time welcome for your first membership: one per student, ever. If you have never had them, they come with this purchase. If you already pay for membership but never used the free months, we add them to your subscription, once. And if you have enjoyed them before, your membership simply carries on, and everything else in the pathway is yours the moment you enroll.
What happens on day one?
Your dashboard opens with everything unlocked in sequence, your cohort and mentor introductions begin, and the 7-day refund policy runs while you look around.
Beyond the path

One more door, after graduation: teaching.

Teacher Training (100 hours, $2,995) is a separate program outside the four pathways, for graduates who choose teaching as a deliberate career. It is not part of the Scholars Program, and it will be here when you are.

About Teacher Training

A year or two from now, you could be doing work only a handful of people in the world are trained to do.
