How Edel returned to her mother's craft.
My mother trained as an aromatherapist when I was a teenager and so my introduction to the wonderful world of fragrant chi began early in life. Aromatherapy was a part of our everyday lives, we had only to mention an ailment or ache or pain and an aromatherapy blend was produced as a remedy.
I followed my mother into beauty therapy and complementary health practice straight from school in the mid 1980's and ran my own business in beauty therapy, aromatherapy and reflexology, among other complementary therapies in Dublin Ireland for many years.
In the mid 1990's I decided to delve deeper into the connection between our environment and our health and wellbeing and qualified in interior design and holistic feng shui; I have been a practicing feng shui and healthy home consultant ever since working with feng shui, colour, interior design, earth energies, space clearing and all aspects of our living and working spaces to facilitate balance.
In 2018 my mother passed away and I decided to honour our shared passion for aromatherapy by retraining with Aromahead taking the ACP and natural living modules which have been a wonderful reimmersion into this magnificent field. The indepth chemistry, scientific research and all of the practical modules, offered much greater detail than my original training 30 years ago. I found the webinars and interactive teaching style a much more fun way to learn.
Feng Shui Design
Providing Holistic feng shui design consultations for homes and businesses for more than 20 years, Edel also facilitates feng shui society approved foundation level training in feng shui and offers workshops in healthy homes, space clearing, 9 star ki astrology and introduction to feng shui for your home and office.
