I am a environmental scientist who teaches yoga. I teach at a university in the Midwest.
Substantial health problems encouraged me to find alternative solutions. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of incorporating aromatherapy and natural botanical perfumes with the benefits of a yoga lifestyle.
I am a single mother to my beautiful daughter. The photo I share is one of a camping trip we took to the Badlands after I resolved several chronic health conditions.
