How a hike on the Inca Trail changed Kissy's whole path.
Even though I had always had an active and healthy lifestyle, I decided to focus on giving myself the best possible opportunity for enjoying the rest of my time left on earth. This began my journey into homeopathy, Reiki, yoga and essential oils.
Essential oils became my focus when I was diagnosed with a hypothyroid condition three years into my journey. Educating myself on essential oils was key to learning how essential oils could support my condition. This has allowed me to make my own self-care products while controlling the chemicals touching my skin on a daily basis. In the process I have found a love of making handmade soaps.
With my background in education, my interest is in teaching others how to make positive changes in their lives, to help them live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
