How Laurita traded fourteen medications a day for a new education.
My educational background is in Accounting. However, I currently work for a non-profit that provides advocacy, support and education to families and individuals living with mental health concerns. I am an accountant and instructor.
My interest in essential oils spam well over a decade and grew out of a desire to want to explore more holistic options. I was taking approximately 14 medications per day for various health conditions and really wanted to give my body a break. Covid allowed me the opportunity and time to work on my education and do what is important to me.
Being educated through Aromahead as an Aromatherapist has given me the ability to be able to help others (and myself) even more.
Earth's Extract LLC
It is the mission of Earth’s Extract to offer Aromatherapy as a natural way to promote overall well-being. The products not only pamper and nourish, but also aid in holistic health & wellness, bringing a sense of balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit.
I plan to use my aromatherapy expertise in my healing ministry. Because I am an individual with lived experience myself (anxiety, depression and PTSD) I want to be able to develop products that will help with these symptoms, as well as other physical symptoms. We spend so much time in emotional and physical pain, I just want to do my little part in helping to relieve it so people can have a better quality of life. I am also in the process of getting my website completed which will be the catalyst to get my products in the marketplace.
What I love most about learning at Aromahead is that I am able to learn at my own pace. Life is hectic, however I am able to work and learn at a pace that is comfortable and convenient for me.
