How a doula folded aromatherapy into her birth work.
I have had an awareness of scents and gained comfort from certain aromas from when I was tiny. This has naturally drawn me into the world of essential oils.
I am a mother of three boys and had been blending and formulating skin care for my family for a few years. This motivated me to study aromatherapy more deeply.

I offer ante-natal and birth doula services. I hope to understand the whole person as much as possible in my role as a doula, and offer additional support with aromatherapy blends and nutritional advice.
