Tracy Bhalla
Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate“I always keep a bottle of lavender and helichrysum in the kitchen!”
How Tracy brought English home remedies into her kitchen for good.
I started this journey a long long time ago growing up in England where everybody uses lavender, arnica, calendula, etc for basic first aid. I have always had a love of nature, both flora and fauna so when essential oils hit the US with such a bang as they did, I just had to find out more.
I have owned a restaurant and write a food article for an Alabama magazine, which I also use on my blog - tracybhalla.com, which in itself actually became an inspiration to find out more about the oils too. I always keep a bottle of lavender and helichrysum in the kitchen!
I have really enjoyed getting to grips with the science behind the oils. Biology used to be my favorite science, now I think chemistry is a close competitor. I love how accessible the tutors are and how much information is available FOREVER!

What made the difference, in Tracy’s words.
