Client: Roxanne is a 41-year-old female training for her first marathon.
Health: Her dedication to a healthy lifestyle boosted her physical well-being and inspired her to take on an incredible feat - running a marathon! She is challenging herself with various training sessions and adjusting along the way but experiencing post-workout soreness.
Blend Intention: Help alleviate muscle discomfort and inflammation after exercise - allowing the client to continue training easily.
Modality: Bath Salt Blend
Recipe:
Essential Oils:
30 drops Spike Lavender Oil (Lavandula latifolia)
20 drops Roman Chamomile Oil (Chamaemelum mobile)
Carriers:
8 oz (224 g) Epsom salt or pink Himalayan salt
2 oz (60 ml) Jojoba Wax (Simmondsia chinensis)
Directions:
After each workout, relax and rejuvenate with a warm bath using 1 ounce of the bath salt blend. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes to ease tired muscles and create an atmosphere of well-being.
Results:
After introducing a regular early evening soak schedule following their strenuous workouts, our client experienced remarkable results - less discomfort and more restful sleep.
