Lesson 1Manage 5 Different Types of Pain
- Our bodies deal with over exertion and stressful situations in many different ways. Some common examples are: headaches, muscular, menstrual, acute vs chronic! How we treat a spasm differently than arthritis, pains associated with acute illness such as a sore throat or an ear ache
Lesson 23 Essential Oil Profiles: In addition, we will be blending with 8 other supportive essential oils. When we have a cupboard full of essential oils, choosing the right one for the right condition is key!
- Mastic (Pistacia lentiscus)
- Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus)
- Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Lesson 3Get The Perfect Blend With 8 Different Recipes
- Research has shown that certain compounds found in select essential oils, can provide significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits to help reduce pain from its source: β-Myrcene, Estragole (methyl chavicol), Carvone
Lesson 4Incorporate Key Carriers
- Choosing a carrier can take our pain management blends to the next level! We will incorporate 3+ different carriers: Trauma Oil (Infused Arnica, calendula & St Johns Wort) Tamanu Oil (Calophyllum inophyllum), Hemp Seed Oil (Cannabis sativa)
