Working with Hydrosols
Hydrosols are the calm side of aromatherapy: whole-plant waters mild enough for kids, elders, and all the moments when an essential oil is too much. Karen and Jenny show you how hydrosols are really made, the three to start with, and the care that keeps them vibrant, with a recipe PDF to take home.

Working with Hydrosols FAQ
Do hydrosols need preservatives?
Hydrosols distilled purposely for therapeutic use, with proper cleanliness and sterilizing protocols, keep a vibrant 1-to-2-year shelf life without preservatives. The short-lived ones you hear about are usually byproduct hydrosols from essential oil production. The workshop shows you what to ask your supplier.
Is this workshop included in Pathway 1?
Yes. The Pathway 1 Bundle · Natural Living ($349) includes it along with the flagship Natural Living course and five companions, so most students get it as part of the bundle.
