How a 25-year massage practice found its next chapter.
I've spent the past 25 years as a massage therapist in private practice. which was my first introduction into aromatherapy and essential oils. I was a dabbler, picking up recipes from books until a friend and fellow massage therapist completed training as an aromatherapist and invited me to a weekend workshop. She opened my eyes!!!
I decided that at some point I was going to learn more about using essential oils, safely and skillfully. Thankfully, I found Aromahead and it has been an amazing journey.

I am a Licensed Massage therapist, Reiki master, Craniosacral practitioner, and most recently a Certified Aromatherapist, with a 25 year private practice located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I offer massage, bodywork, and customized essential oil blends to restore, relax and rehabilitate.
My research paper focused on the need for science-based education in aromatherapy. Part of my plan is to educate through workshops and share what I know with my clients and anyone else who will listen. As a massage therapist, I will also use my expertise in my day-to-day practice to support my clients' healthcare goals.
The course design moved me out of the dark ages and into the 21st. century! I have never felt a great need to utilize technology, but this program certainly changed that. I had never written a research paper and I accomplished that, so what I love most about learning at Aromahead is that it opened me to more than just aromatherapy and essential oils and helped me to understand how much I am capable of accomplishing.
