How Karen turned decades of self-study into certification.
I have a love of learning for health and wellness. I have used essential oils and herbal remedies for myself and family for over 20 years. I am a born helper who loves to take the time to be present with someone while they tell me of their concerns. I am happy to then find a custom blend and remedy to help bring vitality and wellness for each unique individual I work with.
I have a 20 year background in the dental field and have spent the last 7 years at home with my young children while continuing self study of my passion for aromatherapy and herbal remedies.
As I find more time, I am interested in going to massage school or completing a clinical herbalism program and furthering my studies in wellness.
I can be found playing outside with my children and dog, hiking or reading about wellness and spirituality. I enjoy blending and mixing up home remedies, skin care and DIY cosmetics with my friends in my home.
I enjoy doing individual consultations for custom blends and am currently open to new clients.
I am thrilled to have completed the Aromahead Aromatherapy Certification Program, and am continuing with the Advanced Graduate Program and several of the elective courses that Aromahead offers.
