How the Rocky Mountains led Liella to the oils.
I was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains and enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle. I have been so impressed with how essential oils support my body. Running and mountain biking can leave me sore and at times a bit beat up. I have had great success using essential oils to make me feel better, soothing tight muscles and healing occasional strains and sprains.
Additionally, in the past I have been prone to winter respiratory issues. Since I began practicing aromatherapy, my winters have been so much healthier and more pleasant.
I have a special interest in helping parents of children with Autism to use essential oils to address common challenges associated with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
Thrive Montana Massage Therapy
I have been practicing massage therapy in Helena, MT since 2000. I have had the opportunity to practice in both clinical and fitness facilities. In 2006, I opened a private practice in downtown Helena.
My experiences have led me to develop the philosophy that an integrated, holistic approach to wellness is beneficial in maintaining and promoting healthy bodies. Aromatherapy offers so many great options to support health and wellness. In 2015, I became a Certified Aromatherapist, adding essential oils to the therapies I offer.
I have really enjoyed what I've learned at Aromahead. I appreciate how guidelines have been provided that really help you to learn but still allow you the freedom to pursue the areas that interest you personally. I can't wait to get started on my clinical program.
