How yoga and essential oils became one practice.
I am a graduate of the ACP, AGP, Scholar's Program, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) teaching Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
I've been incorporating essential oils in my Restorative Yoga classes and private sessions, that enhance each student's relaxation and well-being.
In addition to providing my clients with personalized blends, I hope to continue in my aromatherapy career in the field of research.
