How a yoga conference turned Melissa's practice holistic.
It seemed like a natural fit for a therapeutic yoga practice to create a holistic practice.
I work as an Integrative Health Practitioner at the local hospital helping patients with symptom management using aromatherapy, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, and therapeutic yoga.
I also offer aromatherapy to my regular yoga classes and individual clients.
I look forward to continuing my education in aromatherapy with the Aromahead graduate program.
