How Merja made an olive estate aromatic.
I'm a Certified Aromatherapist, Aroma Energy Medicine practitioner and the Hostess of Alkanz Organic Olive Estate in Morocco. I organise aromatic garden tours in Alkanz Estate to our friends and give them an introduction to essential oil therapy and products.
Maybe one day you will arrange aromatherapy retreat at Alkanz! There you can sit under an orange tree and smell the fragrant flowers, you can rub the leaves of rosemary in the palm of your hand while working in the herb garden, smell the air filled with the fragrance of jasmines by the garden wall, or brew fresh mint in a teapot in the colourfully tilled country kitchen and breathe in the aromas – such a joy!
Alkanz Estate is in Essaouira province in a beautiful rural location. Since 2007 we have been growing olives, figs, pomegranates, lemons, oranges, and mandarins according to organic farming principles. Our Aromatic Garden is filled with herbs, flowers, and organic fruit for you to enjoy when visiting Morocco.
