How intuition led Patricia to the oils.
As many would tell you, I'm a "health nut" and advocate for Holistic wellbeing. I became interested in essential oils via a series of things coming across my desk and my mind.
I'm also fairly intuitive and what's know as an HSP...a Highly Sensitive Person, which is an asset most of the time. I've been able to really "tune in" to my case studies and more.

I am a Speaker, Coach and Consultant and my focus since self-healing from breast cancer in 2012 has been a Holistic one, to include a mind, body and spirit approach to Life for myself and others. My research paper here at Aromahead was "inspired" by my growing knowledge of essential oils, combined with a history of exposure to others' addictions, and the havoc it causes.
My Paper, The Viability of Aromatherapy to Support Addicts in Beyond Recovery Work, has inspired a new direction in my work. I will be looking at the potential for Consulting in Holistic Recovery Centers, as well as Speaking and Coaching opportunities, to bring Aromatherapy into greater awareness and use. Especially in these cases, via the Olfactory pathways, as discussed in my Paper.
