Randi Teague

Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate
🌱 Certified Aromatherapist

My approach to skincare is simple. Less is more.

Her story

How a first facial at sixteen became Randi's career.

I received my first facial when I was 16 to help recover my skin from a horrible case of chicken pox. It was a life-changing experience. I fell in love with every aspect of the experience (yes, I often turn my neck to see what products are on the cart while my esthetician is not working on my face).

After working in nonprofits my entire career, I took the leap and made a career change. As a licensed esthetician, I am now pursuing my passion and making skin healthier and glowing one client at a time. To increase my knowledge of the body and hone my massage skills, I also attended massage therapy school and I am now a licensed massage therapist. In addition, I recently completed a certification program in aromatherapy.

I incorporate massage and essential oils throughout my facials, making them a very relaxing experience.

Every treatment is customized to reach the client's goals using ingredients, tools, and techniques that are not overly aggressive, but achieve desired results.

What she’s building

r. teague skincare + massage

r. teague skincare + massage offers facials customized to each client with an emphasis on massage.

I plan to use aromatherapy throughout my services whether it is the oils I use in the diffuser, oils I place on towels in the warmer, and oils used in my homemade liquid balm I use for facial massage. I also will use my aromatherapy expertise when selecting other products I purchase based on what oils they include.

That is difficult...I loved so much of the program and I am going to miss it so much! But I have to say I really enjoyed the feedback...not only did I learn a ton working on assignments, but the feedback I received helped me learn so much more. In addition, it was nice to know that the instructors are really thinking about the work each individual student is doing and that they are truly engaged in the education of that student.
