How Renee brought thirty years of wellness work together.
I have been in the alternative health field for a little over 30 years. I started as a massage therapist and Shiatsu practioner in the state of RI in 1985.
During my child bearing years I bought a franchise that incorporated women's weight loss, exercise and spa treatments. I ran that for over eight years and during that time I received my 500 yoga teacher's training certificate. I sold the business then started teaching yoga and doing massage again.
Along this journey as you can see, I love helping woman create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I received two more certifications in yoga which were Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra which both were more in the meditative realm.
I realized this is my next journey in the health and wellness field. I'm very excited to meld all of these backgrounds into some great products and special workshops!
Sacred Essence
Sacred Essence is an essential oil business that I started in July 2016 after taking essential oils for Massage Therapists. I started the line with massage oils, blends for stress, sleep issues and joint discomforts. I thought these are the three key issues that people are dealing with but not getting the help that they need.
I will be teaching workshops incorporating my background of massage, yoga and aromatherapy.
