How 50 years in health care led Sharon to a practice of her own.
After working in health & mental health care related professions for 50 years, most of them as an executive, I decided to pursue my passion to help others take control of their own wellbeing; and have now completed studies to become a certified aromatherapist.
As a result of so many years working with people of all ages, genders & ethnic backgrounds, I have developed acute insights that allow me to help people understand how they can support their health and wellness through managing stress, restful sleep, pain regulation and by surrounding themselves with healthful opportunities.
