How Diane found relief the natural way, and never looked back.
I'm 61 years old, and several years ago decided to use natural products so I could know what I was putting on my skin, using around the house. I was 'turned' on to essential oils several months before I started my Aromatherapy Certification Program journey.
I believe God put this in my path for my benefit. I'm not sure if I'll actually 'do' anything with my certification, other than using EO's safely for myself, and my friends and family.
Very early on in my studies, I got sick, and needed help with coughing at night. Though I knew very little at that time, I used Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata), and Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) in some coconut oil and used it on the bottom of my feet under socks at night. No coughing each night that I did this. First time n 54 years...or as far back as I can remember.
What made the difference, in Diane’s words.
Diane's first real remedy came together before she'd finished her studies. Here is what stood out for her.
