How Jessica added aromatherapy to a life in wellness.
I have devoted my life to all things health and wellness. I started as a holistic health practitioner and added personal training and health coaching certifications as well as an aromatherapy certification.
Essential Mix Apothecary
Essential Mix Apothecary is a boutique store I started on Etsy to test out the waters while finishing my aromatherapy certification. Now that my store is doing well, my hope is to become a brick and mortar location.
I create handmade lotion, body butter, soap, massage candles and massage oils that all contain an element of essential oil. I also offer consultations for custom blends as well.
When I started my aromatherapy program, I figured it was going to be fun and easy. Boy, I was wrong - at least on the easy part. Essential oils, although fun, have a ton of health benefits and it is up to us as certified and budding aromatherapists to ensure the public has accurate information and is educated on their benefits (and sometimes contraindications).
