How Jessica bridged energy medicine and essential oil science.
I am passionate about helping others become empowered and engaged in their wellness. I believe that our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being are interrelated. I also believe that dis-connection breeds dis-ease and that working towards alignment allows for optimal healing.
I am an author, licensed social worker, Reiki master/teacher, life coach, and aromatherapist. I have studied Eden Energy Medicine, angels, quantum touch, medical intuition, EMDR, and expressive and culturally sensitive therapies.

The Certification course is so well organized. I continue to come back to the class materials to review datasheets to assist with choosing which essential oils to use. I hated Chemistry in high school & have steered clear of it since; but the way it is presented increased my appreciation for the science behind these miraculous plants and the essential oils that come from them.
