How Jody's love of learning led here.
I am a mother to the most amazing boy on the planet. My life consists of doing things that bring fulfillment to myself and to the earth. I am an ocean goer, scuba diver, underwater videographer and photographer, science teacher, and a long time volunteer with the Channel Islands Marine & Wildlife Institute.
I am learning how to disentangle whales off the coast of of California, learning which native herbs are good for tinctures, and continually learning how to be a better person. I am self driven thanks to my father and I have the best friends and family anyone could ever wish for.
I live life to the fullest because I know how incredibly short it can be. I love learning new things and honing the skills that I am good at. I love traveling to new lands and meeting different cultures. Our planet is amazing and I am extremely appreciative that I get to live and be a part of it!
