Dr. John Hutchinson is a retired college professor and administrator who was initially trained as a speech pathologist and speech scientist. After ten years of classroom teaching, he went on to be a college president and state commissioner of higher education.
He developed an interest in Aromatherapy because of his own psoriasis that was initially resistant to treatment. He is married with five grown children and nine grandchildren.

InContext Aromatherapy is a small private practice of Aromatherapy and Flower Essence Therapy located in the Springfield, Missouri area.
There is a close working relationship with a board certified naturopathic physician and a registered pharmacist who specializes in functional medicine. Periodically, educational seminars and workshops on essential oils are offered.
