How Karen found her purpose again.
There was an underlying theme in my life. I needed a creative outlet, to self improve, and have a purpose that could bring something to others in the world. I have been married for 38 years and enjoyed running our wedding band business for 30 years of it. We also had a fun and active life raising our two children!
12 years ago we retired our careers and businesses. Everything changed including the loss of purpose. My husband developed chronic health issues and my daughter's health declined leaving me with the responsibility of raising her daughter, now 2 years old. Health and wellness took center stage.
My first encounter with essential oils happened 10 years ago while shopping at a Whole Foods Market. This amazing aroma was diffusing down an aisle and I ended up going home with some oils and a diffuser. I needed to know more.
I had been studying about energy healing and taking spiritual courses. Essential oils were often mentioned to help in meditations. I couldn't find much so I decided to take what? Yes, another course, and one with Aromahead Institute! The course far exceeded my expectations and I am grateful!
There is nothing more energizing than having a purpose in your life! I plan to continue my education with essential oils and teach.
I am still legally establishing my business. I do have a name. I am calling it KasAroma.
