How Katrin found her way from corporate to plants.
I’m Katrin Birkholz, an aromatherapist and the creator of Blend Precisely. I’ve always been passionate about helping others in the aromatherapy field, and that’s what inspired me to develop the software Blend Precisely.
I also have my diploma in skincare formulation. The combination brings me a lot of joy, and I love going to markets and selling products.

Blend Precisely is designed to make life easier for aromatherapists by simplifying the process of creating and managing essential oil blends. With Blend Precisely, you can keep all your recipes in one place, calculate safe dilutions, and save time on the math and organization that often comes with blending. It’s a tool that helps ensure safety and efficiency, so you can focus on what you love—creating and sharing your blends.
BLEND PRECISELY is a software tool for Aromatherapists to accurately calculate costs, profit margin, dilution ratio, blend percentages, plant part percentages and much more.
I also run Blend Precisely Academy, where I share tutorials and resources to help aromatherapists grow their businesses. Building a supportive community is important to me, and I love seeing practitioners connect, learn, and thrive together.
I’m always working to improve Blend Precisely and add new features to make it even more useful. My goal is to support aromatherapists in their journey, whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their practice to the next level.
