Kim Broderick
Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate“essential oils and knowing how to use them can not only be part of my life but can improve it when used correctly”
How Kim traded banking for blending.
I recently left the banking industry in May after 23 years to focus 100% of my time on aromatherapy. Spending my entire career in front of a computer with poor lighting and no windows took a toll on me including headaches and allergies.
About two and a half years ago I began my wellness journey and started with my first Reiki certification then the pandemic happened. I shifted to online courses and got my Holistic Nutrition Certification then found Aromahead and finally I’m a certified aromatherapist.
LuluBee Essentials LLC
In the process of setting up an online store selling handmade essential oil based home and body products.
My plan is to launch an online business selling home and body care products I’ve created with a focus on people who have asthma, allergies, headaches and/or scent sensitivity like myself.
Aromahead allowed me to work at my own pace and provides a great combination of videos, documentation, and blending exercises throughout all of the lessons that kept me interested and focused. I am a repetition and take notes type of learner so the review questions at the end of each lesson helped quite a bit.

What made the difference, in Kim’s words.
Kim left a 23-year banking career to do this full time. Here is what the training gave her, in her own words.
Made to keep you focused
Videos, documentation, and blending exercises alternate through every lesson.

Review that fits how you learn
End-of-lesson review questions reward the note takers.

Case studies build client skills
Blending for real people sharpens both the remedies and the conversations.
The case studies allowed me to hone in on blending for different types of issues as well as improve my conversations with my clients to get a better understanding of what they need.
A clear path, one step at a time.
Kim is a graduate of the Aromatherapy Certification (Pathway 3), earning her Certified Professional Aromatherapist credential. It is a cumulative path: each step includes everything before it, and you can climb as far as you like, at your own pace. See the full path →
Start where Kim started.
Kim spent years avoiding every scented thing because of her own sensitivities, then learned how essential oils, used correctly, could work for people like her. Your first pathway is free, and your Pathway 1 dashboard opens right away.
