How Megan found the way in.
Hi there! My name is Megan and I’ve been using and loving plants and Essential Oils for as long as I can remember. On a life-long search to ease my eczema and dry skin I turned to a more natural and organic lifestyle. I am now a Certified Level II Professional Aromatherapist registered with the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
After completing Aromahead’s ACP I have gone on to complete their Advanced Graduation Program, Component Blending, and Protection from Colds and Flu courses. I look forward to taking Aromahead’s Viruses and the Immune System course which will provide me with the hours needed to complete their prestigious Scholar’s Program.
As part of my holistic lifestyle, I am also a Budding Herbalist currently working through a 1,000 hr Immersion Program w. a concentration on Herbal Holistic Healing. And a Registered 200 hr Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience in yoga and movement. I completed my first 200 hr YTT in 2009 in Charleston, SC and my second in 2020 under Stephanie Mitchell-Ball at the Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Bethlehem, PA.
I have completed certifications as a Yin Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Teacher, and Chair Yoga Teacher. I am also a certified Ayurveda Specialist with a focus in diet and nutrition.
When I’m not surrounded by my oils, you can find me in my extensive organic garden, cooking and creating various concoctions in my home, enjoying time with family & friends, exploring the woods and mountains, or fishing my way through every lake and stream I can find. I currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. Namaste
