A constant learner and globe trotter, I enjoy exploring the highlands, hiking and photographing flora.
I have a Master degree in Business Administration and have developed a keen interest in supporting sustainable business management. I also supprt integrative therapies which have afforded me invaluable backing in all my activities. The common thread lies in a mindset that is inclusive, enabling others, with a strong sense of ethics and sustainability.
I started studying integrative therapies over two decades ago. These therapies strongly supported me throughout a demanding professional career. Eventually I started looking to be free from highly commercialised products.
So, I sought out trustworthy sources to learn about their provenance, chemistry, applications, safety, blending and sustainability.
Now, as I continue my journey exploring Aromatherapy, I am helping others find their own ways of benefiting from essential oils in a safe and sustainable manner.
I support individuals in learning to enhance their wellbeing with the help of essential oils.
