How clean living led Sara here.
I started my journey for clean living several years ago. At that time, I realized how magnificent the human body was and how it had the ability to heal itself when given the proper tools. I started to read labels and realized the things I thought were good for me, weren't really so great.
In order to cut chemicals out of my life I started dabbling in essential oils and making my own body care products. Making my own products was so fulfilling, I was making everything from lotion to laundry detergent, even my own toothpaste.
Intrigued by my new found passion for clean living, friends and family started asking me for recipes. It was such an amazing feeling to know, not only were others interested in living a cleaner lifestyle, but that I could help them achieve their goal of cutting chemicals out of their life.
Essential oils were always a topic of conversation and while I researched some of the more popular oils (Lavender for instance), I knew there was so much information just waiting to be learned.
It is so satisfying knowing that I can helps others utilize essential oils safely and effectively in their day-to-day lives! I make body care and wellness products for those that are looking to cut chemicals and experience the nourishing effects of Aromatherapy. I also spread the Aromatherapy love by blogging on my website Pneuma.online and by blogging for Natural News.
