How Carolyn turned a gym-class discovery into a wellness business of her own.
I was introduced to essential oils about 5 years ago through a presentation at a gym where I worked out.
Then my step-daughter began using them with her family. As my interest grew, as I took classes at our local apothecary here in the Central Highlands of Arizona, and as I witnessed oils being an effective complimentary and alternative treatment, I knew I wanted to pursue more learning. I'm so thrilled to be on this journey!
My other passions include gardening, tending to the Little Free Library we started in our neighborhood, working in animal rescue, and spending time with my family and friends.

My business offers consultations, custom blends and classes focusing on the use of essential oils. My goal is to help people live healthier and happier lives.
