Erin Howk Bennett
Aromatherapy Certification Program graduate“It is our goal to promote the benefits of massage for all people in a professional, safe, and therapeutic atmosphere.”
How Erin took the chance.
I grew up in the great state of Minnesota but traveled around in my college years studying art and photography. While living in Chicago I took theopportunityto change my career and found The Chicago School of MassageTherapy was only a neighborhood away from where I lived. I took a chance that the school would let me in with a weeks notice and started my new career as a Massage Therapist.
When I decided to move back home, it was only natural that I would start my own business as a massage therapist. I have been in Fairmont, MN since 2005 working with area chiropractors providing therapeutic and stress reduction massage for the community.
I helped the Fairmont Medical Center Hospice department start a massage therapy program and then provided massage for hospice clients and chair massage for FMC employees.
I have worked in the Chicago Marathon Massage Therapy Tent as well as with the Ronald McDonald House providing massage for parents of sick children.
I have recently completed certification in Aromatherapy from the Aromahead Institue. Studying chemistry and properties of essential oils and both the safest and ecologicallyresponsible way to use them for overall wellness.
