How a teenager's health struggle led Garissa to aromatherapy.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach to healthcare. After completing Yoga Therapy training, I provided Yoga Lifestyle Management Plans for private clients, focusing on supporting clients who experiencing menopause difficulties. I have also implemented the Yoga Therapy concept-inspired activities to support special needs children and their caregivers.
I discovered the Aromahead Institute while researching essential oils to help my teenage child with adolescent challenges. After attending a short introduction course, I created a couple of blends that significantly helped my child's health concerns.
