How Joseph's sense of smell led the way.
I have been connected with nature and my sense of smell from a young age, enjoying the scent of lilies of the valley that grew in our backyard, our bosc pear tree and the sap and needles of Eastern White Pines that surrounded our home. My mother and I would take long walks in the woods and encouraged me to watch nature documentaries on public television, spurring an insatiable curiosity for all living things that continues to this day.
I began exploring aromatherapy and perfumery in 2013, and have committed many hours of rigorous research, practice, blending, reading, and am dedicated to both disciplines on a deeper, comprehensive level.
I also enjoy hiking, the outdoors, birding, visual art, design, cooking and working with flavors, and I am deeply connected with music, which contributes to my process and inspires me greatly in my work.

Clinical Aromatherapist with a concentration on assisting clients with various psychosomatic conditions (Insomnia, sleep disruption, chronic fatigue, TMJ), mental health (bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depression), neurodegenerative disorders, hospice care, through a holistic approach centered around clinical discipline and energy healing. i am currently researching the use of aromatherapy for nourishing, synergistic skin and body care products and plan to provide a line in the future. I also am available to help consult in with various spaces (commercial, medical, therapeutic) to incorporate an aromatherapeutic element in the environment.
Perfumer who offers artisan perfumes and fragrances, whether all natural or 80-95% natural (limited use of researched aromachemicals and fixatives). Bespoke consultations are available, and 100% natural aromatherapeutic blends can be made by request.
