How a career chemist turned her science toward care.
Originally from Japan, I moved to U.S. by marriage. I have spent last 17 years as a Department of Defense Chemist. Dealing with industrial chemicals in my career, I know how important it is to live Green as possible for our health and for our Planet Earth.
I am a 13-year breast cancer survivor and in an excellent health! From my own experiences, I know how tough it can be for cancer patients and their family members while going through recovery journey and importance of maintaining good health.
Creating a healthy, loving, and beautiful lifestyle, practicing yoga and meditation; preparing delicious organic food, and traveling. I live in New Bern, NC, with my husband and a Shitzu boy.
My education background includes a B.S. in Chemistry from East Carolina University, North Carolina, and an A.A. in English Literature from Keisen University, Tokyo, Japan.
Orient Aromatherapy
The Orient Aromatherapy provides general aromatherapy and specializes in assisting to manage side effects from cancer treatments and adverse post treatment health conditions.
My custom-made blends include, but are not limited to, skincare products for alleviating damaged skins by radiation treatments, digestion aide during/after chemotherapy, scalp/hair treatments, liver protection, and immune system support. All the products will be carefully made personally, so that they will not adversely affect on cancer treatments.
I love all about the Aromahead Institute!! The most I like about it is that it provides such a wonderful supportive network via email and the Student Forum. All the instructors I encountered are warm and encouraging, and I truly appreciate them all. I am so proud to be an Aromahead graduate!
