How thirty years of pharmacy met the power of plants.
I am a Pharmacist for over 30 years, Clinical Aromatherapist, Nature Based Therapy Coach, and Reiki practitioner and teacher for people and animals. I am deeply connected to nature, the power of plants as medicine, and respect all sentient beings by being vegan in all areas of my personal and professional life.
I live in Pennsylvania, USA where I bike the bike trails and hike in the woods with my husband and dog as much as possible. My son lives in Texas with his wife.
Mind Over Matter
My business, Mind Over Matter, is vegan owned and I use organic, vegan, and cruelty free products in my blends. I work with people who want to learn to manage stress, boost their current medical treatments with plant based custom products, connect more deeply with nature using mindfulness and creative art guidance, and find peaceful healing with Reiki.
Aromatherapy is a perfect addition to my holistic business that combines my career as a pharmacist, Nature Based therapy coach, Reiki practitioner and mindfulness coach. I have many in person and online sessions constantly being added.
I have a home based holistic business Mind Over Matter Reiki that combines my scientific and medical knowledge with plant therapy aromatherapy into a beautiful blend of holistic wellness. My focus is on creating products to supplement my client's traditional health care needs and also on helping them live a mindful and purpose filled life by managing stress, anxiety and depression with my guidance with aromatherapy, Reiki, and nature…
