I have always been interested in holistic health and wellness. I received my B.S. Nutrition from Penn State University with interest in diet and disease.
After discovering essential oils and becoming a Certified Aromatherapist, I decided to continue learning & became a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist.
Raindrop Technique combines the use of several holistic modalities, including Vita Flex technique and the Native American "Feather Stroke" to apply essential oils topically along the spine and soles of feet. The technique takes approximately 60 minutes and helps to release any emotional or physical energy which no longer serves you in a positive way.
