How Laura found her way in.
I currently work full time as an art teacher. Besides a love for the arts, yoga, animal rescue, vegan cooking, and organic gardening, I have always had a passion for nature, and natural modalities of healing. I have a profound interest in wellness and lightening one's toxic load.
I fell in love with essential oils a few years ago, after being introduced to them by a friend who sold them for a large MLM company. After having much success using oils for my own personal well being, I wanted to share their amazing benefits with friends, family, and loved ones, many of whom were suffering from various health issues. I wanted to be sure that what I was sharing and recommending would be safe and effective for them. I tried to research everything as much as possible before making suggestions. What I found was a lot of conflicting information from various websites and sellers of essential oils.
After watching a free webinar about the ACP course at Aromahead Institute, I felt compelled to join the program. I am so glad I followed my instincts and took the plunge! What a wonderful experience I've had, learning about Aromatherapy with a focus on safe and effective practices, as well as being encouraged to use intuition and creativity.
I love nothing more than offering Aromatherapy support to my friends and family, and knowing that my recommendations will be both safe and effective. I am hoping to use my certification to launch a small personalized business doing private consults and custom blends for people striving to achieve emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness, and possibly lighten their toxic loads.
