How an unused bottle of oil became Laurie’s mission.
My first experience with essential oils was when an acquaintance gave me a couple of bottles as she was cleaning out her cupboard. "Here, you like this kind of stuff, have these..." And I thought, smells nice but what do I actually DO with them?! And so my journey began.
Essential oils truly are a powerful treatment in their own right, but I love using them alongside acupuncture - both during treatment and for the patient's use at home for self-care.
And importantly, I practice what I preach. I use essential oils personally for my own self-care and my family's. My favorites are always changing depending on the day, my mood, and my health needs.
